I read somewhere on here Harmony players want miasma, why? They kill my units and I'm going harmony.

Once you reach Harmony 6, your units will heal in miasma instead of being injured.

Until then though, feel free to clear it if it's in the way. Improvements and not dying are more important.

Later in the game you can just add the miasma back anyway.

It takes time, haha. Units heal at Harmony level 6, as said. Harmony ground uniques see a lot of in-miasma strength bonus perks after level 11. So miasmic terrain strengthens your units and hurts other affinity units simultaneously. (Or you can choose more universal perks for your units if you anticipate fighting another Harmony faction more).

Miasma satellites are easy to throw around so feel free to remove miasma from your tiles for now and add it back in late-game.

The thing I've noticed is that Harmony seems to be the quickest affinity to level. Lots of early techs with Harmony boosts. I got to 6 in my first campaign at ~T100. My mid-game wars were just about dropping miasma sats in locations where enemy troops were massed - generally along borders. Wait a few turns... walk in and take cities. It's sort of a joke TBH.

In lower difficulties (Mercuty) you don't really even need the Miasma. Get the Harmony Lv.4 unique unit (Xeno Swarm) asap and have missile rovers tag along. AIs don't seem to bee-line affinity techs.

Grabbing Genetics on the way to the Xeno Swarm helps with the health penalty of conquering cities, too.
