-Sacred Sites nerf (as it allows for super easy/early CVs long before Hotels/Airports are available).

We don't know much, all we know that it was planned very early on as we knew about the patch int he first live streams 2k did with Dennis.

We also know that it's going to be a big-mega-ultra-super-giga-mega patch. It's going to be a big patch.

Sacred Sites doesn't need nerfing imo. It's one of the only early sources of tourism and you have to ReX to get anywhere near an early culture victory. Firstly you have to find everyone on the map, which doesn't happen that early on. Then even after that you have to generate the faith to purchase the buildings early on. If you're generating that much faith early on then you've worked hard and deserve your cultural victory.

It's not an exploit, it's hard work to earn a CV that early on, in fact I've never seen it done.

Yeah, I agree with this. It's very unconventional to go ReX and use this. Sometimes you're not even guaranteed this Reformation considering AI likes to pick it. On specific civs + specific map conditions allow you to use this strategy.

In my last game this didn't help AI Siam much, they were eight techs behind me. They spent their FP on missionaries trying to spread Buddhism to every CS and spammed city they had.

The fall patch does exist although the only information we have is that it's likely that Japan and Germany will receive updates to make them more competitive.

I have been pretty much been re rolling if the random generator gives me Japan or Germany. Just because I know they are likely going to get changed a bit. Will select them and play them after the change.
