Has EA ruined SimCity?

They basically ended the series as we had known it with Societies, allowing the crown of 'City Builder' to pass to Monte Cristo- Well, at least in my opinion. I quite enjoy City Life.

Yes everything is EA's fault, cancer, world hunger, a single bad game in a series, swine flu, ect.
