Has the AI attacked you with nukes first?

Yeh it was El Justo's TCW.

I was the Soviet Union and I was rolling through Germany with T-55's and at war with the world when suddenly the French and British launched a nuclear attack against me, and hit the German occupied city my forces were stationed in. Hannover I recall.

I lost most of tanks and all of my artillery. I was quite annoyed. It halted my advance and I was forced to make peace. I got my revenge though and wiped out Paris, London, Dover, Bonn, Munich, Beijing, Miami, Houstan, New Orleans, Atlanta, Seoul, Pusan, and Copenhagen. Ah twas fun. Germany fell a few years later regardless.

I noticed the AI kept nuking the same cities over and over again, Britain and France kept emptying their arsenals on Hannover and Hamburg. So I pretty much just abondend those cities and left them empty of all units and didn't bother rebuilding them. America couldn't even reach me cuz I neutralized all their air bases in Eurasia. Hah. Plus they were too stupid to move their nukes from the US to Eurasia.

I very rarely get to nukes. I am generally satisfied of my domination (getting a dom win is easy with 70 tanks and 200 arts against one opponent) way before and have stopped playing, or I win diplo.

Never seen the AI start a nuke fest in one of my games, gotta say I'd probably have no idea what to do if I ever had to defend against it.

But seriously, I don't even like nuclear war. I don't even like using the Cruise Missile. I prefer old fashioned Air Strike bombardment. More efficient. But the Cruise Missile is pretty fun.

See, but I get bored of clicking 'B' for 100planes every turn. So muc heasier to click "B" once in a tactical nuke

yes it has happened to me once that i remember, it was rather unprovoked, i was the Ottomans on my own island and had taken part of a island to the north and engaged in a massive war Egypt when the Babylonians suddenly declare war even tho they lived far away one of those wars that you dont normally notice before peace is reached they nuked me 6 times in one turn so i nuked them back. Pointless lol
