Have a problem

Hey, if anyone can help, I've been playing Civ 3 for years now, have the 1.29f patch and all that, and my game is now crashing. I end the turn, and the game goes completely through the motions, other civs turns, my cities, then just as it gets to my turn it says 'civilization is not working and windows needs to close it' or something like that. Keeps doing it at the exact same spot too. Any suggestions?

Can you give us the exact message or, post a screenshot?

Are you playing the standard game, or is it a new scenario you are just trying?
