Question. . . if we were to click on the wrong part of the takeover ad, say the banner instead of the link for CFC, would CFC be credited for the referral?
I think very few people actually click on ads online, aside from 70 year old newbies who dont know what the hells going on. We live in an environment saturated with advertising, I think most of us automatically tune them out almost as a defense mechanism. Same thing with TV commercials. Companies spend fortunes cranking them out and virtually nobody pays any attention to the vast majority of them.
I watch Tv ads. Well only ones that are so corny that they can be laughed at. As for internet ads, if its the shoot the target ones I play the game then when the site pops up I close it, but otherwise I ignore them because I not intrested in them.
I click them very, very rarely, usually when it's advertising a video game that seems interesting. And of course sometimes I accidentally click them, and I also sometimes play the ads with games (shoot the target, hit a homerun, etc.).
I have clicked a couple times by accident, but I don't go out of my way to click em. I suppose I should to support the site and all, but I don't have the time.
