Thank you for asking. It is not "non-profit," but we don't make any proft, to be sure.
I work to:
1. help with immediate needs like food, clothing, legal advice non-emergency medical care
2. Once people's immediate needs are dealt with, they work to help the next one, and we do activist things like picket lines, attend and speak at hearings to oppose utility rate hikes, harmful legislation, and put forward more positive solutions -- like year-round moratoria on electricity and gas cut-offs, since people die in the summer form lack of electricity, too.
Anyway, check out My Reindeer Thistle Facebook Page and check my likes -- these are some organizations I work with -- we do not have a big on-line presence, we are brick-and-mortar people, but see what you think.
Don't tell them I sent you, they'd think you're nuts. "Reindeer who?"
Anyway, that should tell you something.
I always felt a big crash when the Triathlon season ended, something to do with the endorphin withdrawals, I suppose. Good that you have the Peace and Justice work to keep you going.
Get help if you need it. My organizations to speaking engagements, literature distributions, and meet interested people, then call them back. Churches, student groups, people are looking for answers. You gotta give it to 'em.
Best advice I can give, as I'm so far away.
Tell me your username before sending a request, also feel free to look at my inventory for anything you want. Note: I'm not selling my keys nor my Demoman's Fro. I'm actually thinking of trading my Bolted Bombadier, since I don't want it.
As for rop fitness, for me that was fifteen pounds and twenty-two years ago. I mainly do pilates, no cardio. my advice: your diet should be high-carb (60% of your total caloriea) ans low-peotein (15% of your daily calories) with 25% being fat. I was a vegetarian during that timeso cheese pizza works Mark Allen had a slogan: eat right, drink plenty of fluids, go like hell. Also, do tell how you got involved with Pace e Bene
