Hawklords first PBEM game

having difficulty figuring out where to save the game so it'll stay as ptw, im probably gonna have to install civ3 gold on another comp and play that way

Should be able to save it in the PTW folder under the Save folder. No matter where you save it it shouldn't change the file type.

if i save in conquests it switches to a conquest game, and seems "corrupt" to ptw users... and civ 3 complete doesn't have a save folder in the ptw folder, so im gonna have to install gold again... i just dont have access to my second comp now, but i will later...

Hey folks. It's winter in the midwest which means....... yes you guessed it. ICE STORMS!!!! So no power at Casa Las Shinatoo last night. It was back on this morning but no time to play wiith the limbs in the yard, car scraping and driveway salting. I should have it out tonight.

Power outages are kind of fun. The whole family is traped in the house, the fire is roaring and we break out the board games and really start to bond. Makes us think we should do it more often....nah to much Civ and Pirates to play!!!!!

Greece
Many offerings have been sent to the Gods. We have displeased them greatly. They have frozen the land to the south and baked the land to the North until nothing grows. Maybe they will send a sign as to how we can please them and they will make it better. :worship:
