I've been under the influence that everyone can use the attachment option......nevermind i just looked at the features of the attachment and it says only Moderators and the Admin can attach.

Maybe TF can change that.

You clcik the wrong link. There are two attachment features: one is only for images.

To upload non-image files you need to click that "Upload your files" text link right below the password field.
