i'm playing on the second level. and i'm the romans currently at war with the Germans(who have a military alliance with the Babylons against me)my ally the british, refuse to help me so i decalared war on them now they have a military alliance with the Babylons and the Germans all 3 of these people have stronger military then me what should i do??????

Put your head between you legs ...............

If that doesnt help try to get any other civs in the game on your side with alliances or mpps. You didnt say what techs you have but if you are advanced enough mobilization and drafting can be a stop gap until you can get peace or build up enough force for a small counter attack.

Protect your cities under fire with walls, barracks and - of course - units, survive 20 turns and make peace.

Normally, playing on Warlord you should be ahead in techs, or at least at tech-parity, also on WL you can produce everything a lot cheaper. So, as Phantom Lord stated, protect your cities at the front from the initial assault, in the mean time, build up your own military, once you notice that the frequency with which the AI sends troops into your territory decreases, it's time to kick some ass.

It would also be helpful to know how you stand towards the AI, number of cities, techs, (lack of) strategic resources,...

Greetings Jurimax

PS: you could also post a savegame, so that other people can have a go at it, they can then give you advice (without without spoiling the beans off course)

Try the advice others have given and try to outlast the AI's. You might pull this one out.
For future reference though:

1 - Check your military advisor occasionally. If he says that "compared to these guys we have a WEAK military" don't pick a fight with them.

2 - Refusing to join you in a war isn't a very good reason to declare war on the British. Especially when you're already at war with a stronger civ. Why do that?

In general, keep a stronger military if you're going to get in wars against 3 or more AI's at the same time. It's fairly easy to beat one. Even two. But 3 or more will eventually wear you down.

Welcome to CFC!

Sounds like you're up against it. Can U get anyone on your side to help even things up ?

And then preferably someone on the other side of the enemy AI, so he has to move his offensive troops to two fronts....

Definitely get a few other civs on your side and preferably one or more that border your enemies. Hunker down and try to survive the initial assaults and build up your military.

turn your slide tax to 10%. the extra money you get use to to buy allies to help you.
you must spend all you have (money, resources and luxuries) in order to get as much allies as you can.
also, with the extra money hurry improvements and units.
if you're being attacked in different fronts never attack, take a defensive position.
set all your workers to build fortress in hills or mountains specially if there's a narrow land area.
wait your enemies in your territory, thay cant use the road bonus (while you can do it;) )
if you resist after few turns you vcan request peace and if they ask gold to sign it do it! you need time!

hope this help.

:)

The AI doesn't always get involved when they declare war on your MPP... Neither do I.

My current game, Japan attacked me. Egypt honored her MPP with units. Bab went to the aid of Egypt, who had an MPP with them, (I did not) England has an MPP with Egypt also, and has a ship tooling around, but has taken no action. I have seen England many times in particular declare war and then do nothing.

Meanwhile: Put your head between your legs... might be the best solution.....

Most (I think all) times with MPPs I have with AI civs, none of my allies come to my aid unless one of my units is attacked. I don't remember if there are other circumstances but I know that I have had MPPs before and been at war, but not attacked units or pillaged land of the civ I am at war with and they haven't done the same to me either. So none of my MPP allies declared war.

Id say try to get an ally or 2, preferably on the other side of your major enemies. If you cant, make sure you have walls and wait it out, and when the enemy seems to weaken launch a counter-attack.
