Help adding unit

I have added the riot police unit but when i build the unit in the game one of the arms is coming out of its head and the other is sticking straight out. Also the shield is wrong. Please help. Thanks.

sadly, i do not have an answer yet.... but perhaps by joining forces, our joint cries of confusion shall be more .... well... loud....

i'm assuming we either
a)linked one of the files wrong in the unitinfo or artdefines (30% probability)
or
b)there's a .nif/.kfm problem that we're encountering for some reason, that i just don't understand. (60% probability)
or
c)we're unintelligent. (the remaining 10%)
