Help - Any Scenarios?

I have difficulty in finding scenarios for civ 4 and beyond the sword

Civ 4 1.74
BTS 3.13

I looking for Napoleonic Wars/World 1 and 2 Scenarios can you help?
I search the downloads sections and find few?

Beyond the Sword shipped with Road to War, a WW2 scenario, and if you look in the scenario forum, Jon Shaefer made a WWI one for core civ. A few Napoleonic Europe scenarios were made, although to my knowledge, they were all for Warlords.

True, though Earth 1790 AD by Lokolus covers the Napoleonic period on a global scale and there are quite a few WW II scenarios/mods.
