help. cannot install BTS or warlords

i have a problem,
i have uniinstalled the game, but now i m installing it and it says that warlords already is intalled it says the same about BTS. can anybody help me?

Did you use add/remove programs in control panel? As that is probably the best way to uninstall BTS. Also check that in your civ4 folder there is no BTS folder. If there is then just manually delete it.

this is what it says:
the setup has dectected that version 1.13.000 of SMC4 - BTS is already installed.
this setup installs an earlier version of SMC4 - BTS (3.01).
you will have to uniinstal the previous version before installing this version

You probably have to delete a specific installshield folder and registry entry. Both have a very strange and long name (GUID).
