[BNW] Help! Civ 5 Smart AI v3 mod not working!

I am currently trying to use Whoward's pick n mix mods, since I don't want to play with the community patch(the minimal gameplay changes are just not my type, while it is a wonderful mod).

However, smart ai doesn't seem to work for me. When I have artificial unintelligence mod on, archers move and shoot almost all the time. However, with smart ai, archers do not move and shoot, be it barbarians or civilization units. I tested this using IGE. I'm sure move and shoot is a feature of smart ai, please fix me if I am wrong.

So I first thought it was a problem from whoward's dll, however when I loaded Smart AI from the workshop, It still wouldn't work! Does anybody else on this forum experienced the same problem I have now? I would really like to use both smart ai and secondary settler and workers together. (Secondary settler and workers work like a charm)
 
My DLL just includes the Smart AI code, so if Smart AI doesn't do "move and shoot" correctly, then my DLL won't either. IIRC the move and shoot code is all located in the combat code, so it might be an easy task to track down whatever fixes have been made to that code in VP and reverse them into the original Smart AI code. (But it won't be me - at least not in the foreseeable future.)
 
you dont need the CP to use whoward mix and match mods, you can just use his own DLL.

I never used the cp. I just mentioned the cp since I didn't wanted people to reply "just use the cp smh".

I tested with whoward's dll with smart ai on, and just with the vanilla smart ai. It seems that smart ai no longer works correctly.
 
Smart AI 3 (from Steam) seems to work fine for me (AI chariot move and shot me just now)

I would really be grateful if you could upload your mod files of smart AI 3, so that I can confirm that its my computer problem, not the mod's problem.
