[BUILDING] Help Creating Custom Unique Improvement for BNW mod

So I've been having some problems adding a Unique Improvement to my new Civ.

If I'm not mistaken I only need to use XML (though I guess there are other ways to do it with SQL and or LUA I don't know anything about them yet). I've already checked with other vanilla Civs and other mods and I don't think I'm missing anything, but still, the improvement won't show in the workers' building menu.

I'm probably missing like a single misspelling, but if you could give any input I'd really appreciate it.

Update: The building now works, but the model now won't display.

You've got your Improvements_ValidTerrains entries commented out, which means that the game doesn't think it's allowed to build your improvement on any type of terrain.
