Help, help help, does anyone know how to....

I’m trying to take the map form "earth1000ad" and make my own custom game, does anyone know how to do that. I tried just going to that mod and then going to world editor and creating new civilizations but I can’t figure out how to do that so I thought I would just start from scratch, but I can't figure out how to get the world map from that mod. Any help would be much appreciated.
