Help!!! How can you open scenario without instant close?

Seriously. Help, i have a problem when i tried to click scenario on CIV 4 Beyond the sword. Before, it was just fine and all until today when i tried to modding a CIV IV RFC mod that when i click a Play Scenario, it just close instantly!! I don't know what to do!?!?! Help!!! How can you fix this!??! Please tell me?

Now that's spooky. If anyone know's tell me. Otherwise i will just quit CIV IV modding for good.

Btw. Here an story of what happen.

Yesterday i was busying tried to make a VD modcomp for Merjin All civs mod for RFC DOC, at first it all went fine and all but then at 7:00 PM after i load a mod and when i tried to click a "Play a Scenario" it just closed instantly. At first i was like... What? So start all over again and i had same result. At first i thought that this only occurred with a Mod itself, but then i realize that this is also the same situation when i tried to click "Play a scenario" it just close instantly. I really don't know what to do at this point.

I am not a modder, so I cannot help. However, this sounds like a problem resulting from modding. So, I would suggest asking in the modding forum: https://forums.civfanatics.com/forums/civ4-creation-customization.158/
I think you would be more likely to get help there than here in the Tech forum.
