Help: How do you edit the victory conditions?

I dled a world map but I want to remove the time limit victory conditition and keep playing w/o the "Bla bla bla has won the time limit victory!"

I don't mind playing the map over again, I just want to know what to do to remove the time limit victory.

Can't you just deselect that as a victory condition before game start?
