Civ3 uses a custom format flc. While Animation shop can open a civ3 format flc (but it will miss a lot of frames at the end) it cannot save to a civ3-format flc (this is what FLICster is for) and any AS flc's will crash Civ3

Ok, this explains everything
I used AS only to open FLCs, not to save them, and I did notice that some frame were missing at the end - I wanted to know if it was just a matter of license or it was simply incompatible. Thank you!
