Help installing vox populi 3.28 with EUI

Dear all, I have some trouble installing vox populi 3.28 with eui, it keep saying that a previous directory was not present as I already deleted that drive. Is there a non executable vox 3.28 with just modded files that I can just cut and paste to my mod folder ?
On the other hand , I can install if I choose the non-eui option but I really wish to use EUI.

It means that the .exe fails to find the DLC folder of Civ 5 (the folder with all the official DLCs). The EUI has to be put in that folder. (the path being approximatively .../Steam/steamapp/common/Civ 5/Assets/DLC)

For the manual download, go there: https://forums.civfanatics.com/threads/community-patch-how-to-install.528034/, and follow the "Vox Populi - Beta Downloads Folder" link. Then take the folders (1) to (5), (6b), (7a), (7b) to put in your MODS folder, and the folder UI_bc1.zip to unzip in your DLC folder (note that you have to keep the content in a folder named "ui_bc1" in your DLC folder, don't put the content directly in your DLC folder)

Thanks Magnus, I have now able to use the exe and installs folder 1 to 5 , 6a , 7a and 7b while manually place the eui bc1 to dlc folder . Everything works perfectly, I can even see the happiness details in the city view or mouse over it. However there is one problem, the top right panel where there used to be demographics, diplomacy , military overview tabs are missing , I know there used to be a thread talking about it but I can't find it now, how do I resolved this issue ? Can anyone help? Thanks
