I created this US Army Multi Unit for my mod, the palette's civ colour is blue
https://forums.civfanatics.com/resources/us-army-multi-unit.26486/

I want to add an additional unit to it, using Wyrmshadow's confederate army flag unit:
https://forums.civfanatics.com/resources/csa-army-ww1.11150/

the problem when I try combining them is that the confederate flag uses a blue X , so it becomes civ coloured. I tried fixing it, but i couldn't

so could someone change my US Army Multi Unit's palette CIV colour into a non blue color, I think green would be best. Thanks

One thing you can do, is to use FLCster to export units as a different civcolor. That way, you can then match them up with units with different civ color settings, or as a hack of a method to selectively recolor parts of the unit.

wow, never knew about that feature from FLCster, that is really helpful! Thanks

I just did a test, it's actually much simpler than that. You only need to open it up, select the appropriate civ-color, and save it, rather than exporting as a storyboard, changing palette in FLCster, and importing like I was doing in the past. (Though, when I did that, I was recoloring the unit, so I wouldn't have been able to do this method)

I whipped this up in ~2 minutes, in case if you haven't done so already.

yeah I was able to easily combine the two with your FLCster tip, thanks again
