HELP ME - FOW problem!!

ive attached an image of the screen i get... i have a problem as the fow seems to be positioned on my screen rather than on the map... so ive constantly got it in my line of sight (except fot top corner....) im the romans

im hoping this will be resolved but in the meantime how to i get rid of FOW?
