Help me! How do you install new units?

I was amazed at all of these units which you guys have kindly given out, and made.

1 Question, are these new units or are they overrided units, differernt skins for the same unit?

Question 2. How do I install these things, I already tried putting them in Conquests, then in art. That was the only folder I think that said Units! So Help ME!
