Help - Middle Ages Scenario is Missing Pieces

I think my Conquests Middle Ages scenario is missing some civilizations. I played it some time ago as the Germans and the Byzantines. Now I opened it up again to play, and it looks like several civilizations are missing. Here's a screen shot.

Spoiler :

Weren't there Burgundians to the West of Germany, and Polish to the East? Am I just crazy, or are there things missing? I tried reinstalling from by Conquests CD, but that didn't help.

I remember having that problem along time ago too,but if iam right when you start the scenario the missing Civs should be there.
However i might confusing this with something other.Perhaps yer can try it out while waiting for real help

Are you using the MP version, because that only has 8 civs

You are using the MP version of the scenario. The single player version is the conquests folder not scenarios folder
