Help needed for basic Modpack creation (MP intended)

Hey guys,

Since apparently playing MP with mods on this game is quite instable at the moment, I'm trying to create a very basic modpack with only two Vox populi 7-29-1 mods : CMP + Community Balance Overhaul. That's all, no UI change, nothing more.
Is it possible ?
I've tried to create myself the modpack but it fails all the time (endless waiting time).

Ok to make a mod pack with DLLs included you need to remove the DLL added by Vox Populi the game won’t function properly when you start it up but you will be able to make the mod pack.

then move the DLL file to the same place it was but only inside the mod pack.
