Help needed from map makers. I need resources for my resources.

I can't for the life of me find a natural resource map. I remember these things from way back in grade school. Plain line map of the area with symbols denoting resource locations. My Social Studies book had them all over the place. After surfing for almost 9 hours I've come up with nothing.

I want to make a map for my British Isles mod and have found excellent resources for topography, oceanography, etc. Nada for natural resources.

Could someone please point me in the right direction?
