[BNW] Help Needed: Simple LUA code

Hello, I was wondering if anyone knows some LUA that would limit a unique unit to a certain max amount? I'm thinking about making a UU that has a cap of about 3 or 4, so no more than that amount can be alive at once, but so far I've been unable to figure it out.
