Help Please

Forgive me if this question is answered in forums already posted (with my luck it'll be answered in the topic below me), but I would like to know how to open the World Builder. I can't find it on my computer or in the Civ IV game. Any help would be great

You have to start a new game (or custom game) and then go to the main menu and click on [Enter WorldBuilder]
