Help Please

Hello,

I am using the most up to date patched game version of Civ 5. I have loaded Hulfqars Mod Pack 9.2

I can start a gme but when I save I cant get back.

DLC is asking for Genghis Khans Mongolia and Upgrade 1 for the saved game to reload.

What on earth are these and where can I find them?

Am I doing something else wrong?
