Hroch, here's your merge that you requested. It includes City Art & Great Commandent Mods. Simply copy and paste over your original files. The new files have already been pre-merged with your mod's files (including the gamefont).

I tested it in game and found no errors. Let me know how it works out or if there are errors.

Hrochland, I'm still working on things for you. I fixed the Great General Promotion half way so far. It is still available to any unit, but it does not provide any extra XP/available promotions so far.
