Help! Problem in Civilization V Multiplayer

Hello friends, i m a lover of civilization games, actually i m playing Civilization V , but i have a problem playing in multiplayer with other frie

The main detail is that usually even in a hard situation i use to play my movements faster, but my partner take a lot of time like a chess player (slow) , and that disturb me and make me feel bored of the game because i have to wait that him make all his movements , because i "disturb" if i make my movements at same time for that ANNOYING SHARING CAMERA MOVEMENTS STYLE in Civ 5.

Well, the main question to all you is, EXISTS A WAY TO BLOCK THE INTERFERENCE OF OTHER MOVEMENTS OF PLAYERS in multiplayer games?

Please if u know the option or the mod to prevent this way to share view of this game, I really really appreciate that, cus is extremely annoying to play with that god dam camera interrupting our movements between us.

if you can't sit and play a 4/5 hour game then you should probably be playing solitare like my mom

@hamilroonie: What a nice way to greet someone new, AND help solve his problem all in one!


@NeoNietz: Are you saying that the camera moves to watch your opponent's moves? Because that should not be happening. If it is for some reason, when you create the game there should be the option to "Disable Movement animations" and "Disable combat animations". If these options are not there, then they should be disabled already. This should solve your problem I think. Though honestly I've never had this problem before...

If you are saying that he simply doesn't like moving at the same time, perhaps you should try hotseat. If you get multiple friends together, you can do something else (like Apples to Apples or some other party game) while 1 person takes their turn.

Another option is to use the GMR app, a third-party application that lets you easily play by email using hotseat. Its stickied at the top of the Multiplayer forum, if you can find your way there (its where this thread is now, but I see it got moved by a Mod). This way you can take your time with the turns, and in the meantime while you wait for his turn you can go do other things (like play multiple games at once, go to work, eat, sleep, etc.)
