Help required!!

Hi all!
Im new to all this modding stuff, and was wondering if it is possible to play as King George the 3rd (from the American Revolution Mod) in the normal game?
Can anyone run it by me in lamens terms,

check the tutorial section, the 'My add a civ tutorial' (or something like that) made by charkoal. it shows you how to create a new civ AND add leaders to this new civ, which you can apply on the existing civs

by the way, the tutorial doesn't clearly say, how to put in more leaders, but having a good look (and some thoughts) on the tutorial, trying to get what all the tags mean, it's not to hard (even i can create a entire pack of civs, so it's really not that hard)

Probably sound really stupid, but after spending all weekend attempting to play as King George the 3rd, im still no closer. Could some one explain to me how i might achieve this,

Im unsure as to whether Kaiserguard was writing a script for me as to modding my version of civ4 so that i could play as King George the 3rd from the american revolution mod, but i havent seen a reply from him in a while. So im just wondering if anyone else could offer there help so that i could play as George ASAP.
