Help! SS Boosters

why can't i attach my SS boosters to my spaceship??? they are in my capital and i need them on my spaceship

Possible explanations?

Are you 100% sure that you have science victory enabled? Recheck the victory progress screen.

Or might you already have won (or lost) the game? If you are playing in "wait, wait, just one more turn" time, you can't win a science victory.

nope, all victory conditions are enabled (except time)

but i think ive gotten to the bottom of the problem... i had become influential w/ the last civ, but the cv screen didn't show up until a few turns later. it was in the time between this that i tried to attach SS Boosters. so, i had won, but i didn't know it yet...wierd

did u try to place it in the middle of ur city

Probgably a worker lurking in there. You can't move spaceship parts in if there are any civilians in there.
