help.. want a certain scenario but don't know what it's called

It's a scenario that simply allows you to play the normal Conquests single player game, with all the units from the various Conquest scenarios added to the various Civs (some European civs have Napoleon units, everyone can build the WWII infantry units like the Combat Engineer and Machine Gunner, etc)

I simply cannot remember what it's called or where I found it. Any help would be so appreciated.

Never heard of it. Doesn't sound terribly balanced ...

Actually someone was working on this months ago. It was fairly balanced iirc, but the mod never got finished, though a beta version was released.
