help with added religions

Hi, i am new at this type of thing, but I have created a mod in which I have added 3 new religions and I am having problems with the religious advisor and the city bar that shows what religions a present:

The Relgious adivisor does not show all my religions and the new religion's icon appears as a pink square.

The City bar has replaced the icons for all the religions with the icons of resources and i have looked at both GameFonts and cannot find the source of this problem.

has anyone got any ideas?
