Help with Flags!!!!

I am making a plastic-army man scenario and just got through making a basic Tan and a basic Gray flag.

However, when I open the file and begin to see how the flags look, I notice that ALL of the nations flags have a gray background that looks as if I have messed up in my work.

The flags are fine but each one has that solid gray area behind it and I was wondering if anybody could please tell me how to fix it.

I am also looking for a scenario making guide to help me out because I am a newbie when it comes to making scenarios.

Try CFC's Reference section. Leon Marrick's Advanced Scenario Design article might be a good start.
