Help with Font Error

I just loaded in a new printshop program and now on the startup screen, I get a font error. I went through and deleted all the 'LSANS' fonts; but it is still giving me problems. Can you help? It's been a week and I need my Civ. fix ! Thank you for anything you can do.

What program did you installed? Paint Shop Pro?

Have you tried reinstalling the program? I have tried lots of graphics program an never have any problems.

It isn't a graphics program, It's Printshop Deluxe 20. I reinstalled both CivIII and PTW; but it isnt working. I think I will backup and remove everything and start over.

I removed all but 236 fonts... unloaded then reloaded both Civ III and PTW... removed the Lsans font from BOTH the Civ III directory and the fonts folder.... restart the machine and now I'm getting a font error 13!!! I need about 4 Lbs. of C-4 so I can fix this F'ing machine!!!!
