Help with modifiers please

Hello all,
I recently started playing the vox populi mod and have enjoyed it thus far, however I need some help with understanding some of the modifiers I have seen in the game. The HurryCostModifier and the ConquestProb. If anyone can explain these to me I would appreciate it. Also, if there are more of theses modifiers that I should be aware of for the sake of understanding the mechanics and thus allowing me to be more successful in the game please fill me in on those or show me where I can find this information. Thanks.
 
You really don't have to fully understand every mechanic to enjoy this mod.
However, afaik :
  • HurryCostModifier is a multiplier to the cost in gold to invest in a buiding/unit. Base cost is as much production the building cost (but you only get 50% of building) or twice the cost for units, since you get a fresh one.
  • ConquestProb is the chance that you retain this specific building on conquest. Defensive buildings have a ConquestProb of 0, which mean you will never keep defensive building (walls, castle etc.) when conquering a city.
