Help with my Mod

Hello

I am having big problems with adding new citystates.

First of all the mod doesnt even load properly for some unknown reason for me so that is the thing i need help
with the most.

It would also be nice with some tips.

looks like you're re-using the ability from Palenque? If so you don't need to redefine all those requirements, they're already in the game from the Palenque state, and it'll mess up the database for you to try to add them again. Try running your mod without redefining the requirements
