I need help with this because even though I am the most powerful civilization in the game at the moment, Egypt will win because they are nearly done with their spaceship and I can do nothing to stop them. Please help me, and thank you in advance. This is for C3C 1.22

If they have all parts complete, the only way to stop them is to capture or raze their capitol.

In that case you could attempt to cut off their access to one of the required resources. This may be hard to do, if they have several sources or can trade for it. Look at the parts they have to do and see what is required resource and tech wise.

It often requires techs that will take them a long time to research. They will not have any prebuilds for the parts, so you may have lots of time.

Everyone hates me. Greece is the only one left and hes in a MPP with egypt and has no means to fight Egypt in any case.

Then it may be time for a desperate military invasion. I've started typing this before I looked at your save, so I don't have details yet. Start making military units in your main production cities, and make transports in your coastal cities. Gather as many offensive units as you can and invade as close the Thebes as you can. Your goal is to destroy one city, not try to hold it or any other cities. Be willing to lose some border towns in Egypt's counterattack, and know that Greece will declare on you, too.

vxma would have some good suggestions about how/whether to split off some of your fast movers to pillage railroads and try to disrupt production while conquering. Gonna be map dependent, so I need to open the save.

I cannot load the game as it gets an DATA I/O error. This tends to mean it is not patched. Egypt does not have all the techs they need per CAII.

Given you are only making about 660bpt, you probably cannot research fast enought to over take them. You may be able to switch off research and steal the techs and beat them to the space launch with prebuilds.

I guess there is no vote or the game would already be over with only 3 nations.

That leaves the option of taking them down. You may need to go for Thebes, if the space race is going too fast, else you can work your way to it. I have no idea about the strategic resources, but as I mentioned, that may be an option as well.

This presumes you are able to beat them in a war or at least manage to get to Thebes.

Funny thing is that CAII says the game is a 122 level? If it was a mod I would expect to get an error with a missing file, not an i/o error. I have only had those from unpatched or corrupt saves.

The thing is that I am using Windows 7 and in order to use CAII i need to run C3C as admin so the saves go in the proper location. Then I discovered I could not load my game so I turned off the administrator thing so I could finish it.

Good news guys, I have succeeded in destroying the Egyptian Spaceship. I nuked their capital, bombed the crap out of it with stealth bombers, and moved in my armies. Any aid with this game will still be appreciated, but the major threat is over. Except for the part where Greece built the UN but that will be addressed later. However, I was punished by 2 egyptian nukes.

I use Win 7 as well. You can either run both C3C and CAII as admin or not run either as admin. You just need to make them match. I set both so always run as admin.

If you do not run C3C as admin, you can click compatibility files on the C3C .exe and there's a saves folder in there. You can put the file in that save folder and then you can load C3C while not running it as admin. That way, you can look at the game, but I wouldn't ask you to go out of your way like that to take a look at a game that's already won.

Congratulations!
