Help with specialists

Hi, i'm new to this forum, i have been playing civ2 for a little while now, but i still don't know how to change my people to entertainers, tax men, or scientists i heard people talk about it but not say how to do it.

In the city management window click on the resource map for a tile that is being worked and that citizen will turn into an entertainer. to change him to a tax man or scientist click on the entertainer, click again and it cycles through the three options.

You have to have at least 5 citizens to turn anyone into Scientist or Taxman; a maximum of 36 also applies - anything over that becomes Entertainer.
