Help!

there is no legal way to get MS office for free (and CFC has zero tolerance towards piracy)... unless you are college student, but then you have already paid via tuition.
 
It sounds like the registry cleaner cleaned out entries that ms applications require. What error message do they show when you try to start them?

And if you're running xp, try a system restore to before you cleaned the registry, see if that fixes it.
