Heroes listing and matching

I just made the switch from BTS to FfH a few days ago. After Age of Ice, I realised that hero units will play an important role in this mod. But the civilpedia just have a listing of heroes. I thought it would be nice if some veterans here could help by matching the heroes to their civilizations or religions..

Could be useful for newbies.

Be prepared to switch Chalid to Empyrean and rename Kael to Gibbon of CoE and add the new civspec heroes.

You might want to reread what you quote.
 
Regarding the Dirge, if it makes a reappearance I'd like to see it do more than sail around pointlessly. (Or sit around in a coastal city waiting to be killed.) I'd like to see it generate skeletons up to its carrying capacity and then unboard them when it reaches a coast, sail on and start generating more skellies.
 
I agree. I think it would also be cool if Dirge spawned Skeletons were granted the Boarding promotion so they could commandeer ships. And perhaps also be given the Amphibious promotion so they pose a real threat to coastal cities. Maybe even give them +1 attack, and grant the Dirge the ability to bombard city defenses.
 
could you link the dirge to the barrows mechanics? then increase spawn rate based on the turn number .... the longer its been around the faster it makes them.

by linking the dirge to the barrows mechanic , the skeletons with eventually upgrade to diseased corpses and wraiths.

personally if we can keep the dirge from docking in a city that would be great. it would also be a great boost to the lanun.

In my version of the game i can build Loki right from the start, is this a bug?
