Well, I already posted on this forum but didnt really say "hi" to you'all.

So HI, I'm glad to be on you team.

I read already a couple of threads but I have still a lot to catch up. I heard that this is an anarchy team, but I read in one of the posts that there are like sub teams ( diplo team etc ) Just wondering how that works?

I don't know how 'it' works, but it does. I don't know that there are any hard and fast sub-teams, just different skills that everyone has and are recognized so we each find our niche(s). Or, like me, you blather and learn.

Cheers mate. Right now I'm really good on regent, and I'm doing well on monarch although I never won a game there. I tried it once, haven't been the strongest, but I've been the smartest tech-wise.

I like diplomacy a lot and I believe thats one of my stronger sides. I'm good at war only when I have unlimited supplies of fresh cannon meat, but I guess we have some geniuses from that side too

I think we should have different threads for each opponent where we would discuss our FPs ( Foreign Policies )

BTW, can we conduct negotiations through forums if we know the opponent in civ?

I'm not all sure different threads for each opponent would work. The diplomacy will soon be so complex that it probably is better to go for a general overlook in the existing diplo thread or maybe we could have civ specific threads where the current status of diplo is posted and have the chit chat in the main diplo thread?
As I've understood it, negotiations will be between the UN-reps for each team and can be done by e-mail or PM.

Correct. As a team you will decide what you want to accomplish in the trade (ie; how much gold should we give them? what techs? etc.) and your UN representative (or ambassador to that team) can contact them about it.

I've already thought about an ambassador system, a much more complicated one than mentioned above. Are the representatives already chosen, are they going to stay for the entire game or will they change?

I will start a specific thread on diplo now. I think it will be a good place to start a primer on what works and is needed in a PBEM. Tomasz I would say it's a group effort. Those that wax poetic are my choice as far as diplo goes. Right now that spells Bede, Kickbooti, Dagh, Soul Warrior and Adm. K. They just seem to have a way with words.

It's good to have a diplomatic (poetic)style for our Celts to be tall .

Tomasz- Don't read me wrong. Everyone makes a contribution! Diplo will be a very deep subject and one every team member participates in as far as agreements. The people I mentioned just have a way of putting things in words when drafting a document.
