A lot. I try to stay within the bounds of "fair use" for music, short samples of copywrighted music and I only include full songs if the songs owner allows free download of it. The only exception I have made is with the "Let me Fall" some in the loading screens. It was just to perfect to pass up.
Of course all of the 2d art is another matter entirely, its just blatantly stolen.
But none of the characters, storyline or anything like that are copywrighted so we are probably better than most fantasy mods in that area.
Deathling I agree with it not fitting too well, most songs here don't, but its soo good I just don't care. Of course nothing stops any of us writing our own list of theme tunes and presenting it to the team, I assume its just a case of swaping MP3s

You can change them yourself locally dead easily, same as in vanilla - just backup the files and bung some other mp3s in there with the appropriate names.
If you are appealing to first 3-4 seconds then I can get you tons of similar music. Maybe Kael will remember that this song was for orcs in FfH 1 and I asked him where did he get it, because it was much like "serbian folk-****"
