Your turn results are a great example of what happens when there is no strategic bombing of Germany by the AutoPilot CW. But losing Russia will make it almost impossible for the US to contend with both a strong Japan and Germany! But, it will be fun to play out this scenario to see if this can be overcome?

The AI will not bomb a tile unless there is a unit or a radar tower on it,
so it will mostly bomb German cities because thats where the units are.
It will never try to systematically destroy the road/rail net. If I am
foolish enough to put a worker on a tile without a flak gun to protect
the worker, the AI will bomb it until all improvements are destroyed.

This game came to a premature conclusion when the Commonwealth AI
declared war on the United States!!! I have no idea how this could happen
because the the CW and US are in a locked alliance.
