HOF not recording

Every time whether I win or lose in civ 6 for Switch my results don't get recorded. I've had a few plays before the frontier pass and it used to record. Now, however, the wins or loses don't get recorded. How do I get this fixed on my own? Or is there an update?

I've had issues losing games that were previously recorded since I got GS and R&F, but can't say I've seen them not recorded in the first place. Maybe a NFP thing. Or is it possible they did record, but have been wiped before you checked?

Unfortunately, I don't have a solution for you beyond report it.
