HOF Submissions

I've put the skeleton of the HOF Submission process into place. The format, directions, and rules will be updated later.

If it looks a bit like the GOTM Submission process... well it is mostly cut n pasted. The received submissions can be verified at this page (where you are directed after submission):

I've gone ahead and 'submitted' all the files sent to hof@civfanatics.net. If you have previously submitted a HOF attempt by email that didn't make the last update, please check the submission list linked above and make sure your submission is listed there.

I like this! Now we can at least be sure that our submissions have arrived at the place they need to be to get into the HOF, like my regent game, which I thought I had submitted on the 11th of june....
