[BTS] NEWS: Automated submissions are enabled

NOTICE TO ALL PLAYERS:
When you finish your game BOTM 291 to BOTM 296... if you haven't submitted it already by PM, please upload using the automated system: Civ4 GOTM Submissions

If there are problems uploading, you can send your save by PM to me, and please copy/paste the error message if you get one. You can check to see if we have your save already into the system by going to this page: Review Submissions

Probably advisable to check whether your save has been received and uploaded already before you try uploading (it won't let you upload if the save is already uploaded for you).

We will set an extended deadline "submit by date" (assuming further problems are not encountered) for all games BOTM 291 through BOTM 296 of October 15.

@DynamicSpirit deserves a hardy round of applause for his progress on this.

Sorry about this but - submissions WILL be open very soon - possibly within the next day or so. They are not open yet. I fear we had a slight miscommunication amongst the staff that's caused this announcement to be made a day or two prematurely. So don't go trying to submit games yet. But do look forward to a functioning GOTM site very soon....

If you're talking about BOTM 296, then yes - I just checked and it was received OK. There are a couple of last minute issues we're working on so it's not guaranteed to work, but it did for you.
