Holy sites

Hi guys.I wanted to know if there is any mod that stops AI's from spaming useless Holy sites especially when most of them are civs that don't have any religion bonuses. It's just annoyng because it makes them fall behind in science even on emperor where I'm playing now.

I've tried out the Real AI mod, it does seem to tone down the AI's tendency to build holy sites A LOT. It does bring some other quirks, but try it out.

Is it the same as AI plus?Cause I'm already playing with it.Also another dumb thing that I just observed playing today is that even though ghilga is more or less at the same tech level as me,he for some reason doesn't build any universityes.The AI could do so much more with such simple measures.
